Soft Tonneau Cover

Covercraft's patented Rail System Tonneau Cover is the ultimate soft tonneau cover. Unlike regular tonneau covers, there are no holes to drill, and absolutely no adhesives or tapes required for installation. Covercraft's Rail System Tonneau uses a full perimeter anodized aluminum frame that clamps securely to the side walls of the truck bed. Polyolefin foam cushions the frame and prevents it from marring the paint surface. This also acts as a seal to make the interior of the bed as weather tight as possible.

The rail system frame is constructed of anodized aluminum using a 0.060" thick triangular-wall design for maximum strength and resistance to flexing. No trusses or add-on brackets are needed for extra rigidity. The fasteners used to attach the cover to the rail incorporate a patent pending design that is non-corrosive and will not fill up with grime or grit like regular snaps. These new fasteners are designed to spread the stress on the fabric over a much greater area of the material (regular snaps put all the stress on a small 1/8" hole). The fasteners are manufactured with nylon resins, and work in all weather conditions under extreme temperature variations.

Covercraft's unique fasteners allow easy access at any point around the truck bed. The rail system design also allows the tailgate to be opened without removing the tonneau cover. Fiberglass reinforced nylon slip-joint corner sections allow the rail at the tailgate to be removed if bulk cargo is to be transported in the truck bed.
