  • No need to grind out OEM rivets!

The new RoadGRATER system from Air Ride Technologies includes a BOLT-ON super C notch assembly that is installed OVER the existing framerail BEFORE cutting. This ensures the rear frame section remains properly aligned with the front. The super C notches are contoured around the OEM rivets so you don't have to spend hours trying to grind hardened rivets out! The airspring crossmembers easily bolt on to the super C notches and add to the structural integrity of the RoadGRATER system. The OEM gas tank crossmember is removed with a sawzall (again, no rivets to grind) and the new RoadGRATER crossmember (which includes a new gas tank mount) is bolted into place. The S10 RoadGRATER system is designed to be used with at least a 26" tall tire (275/35-18) and is capable of setting the frame on the ground with up to a 28" tall tire (275/35-20). Installation time is estimated at 4 hours.
